Forza Horizon 6 Touge Battle Map Guides and Hotspots

In Forza Horizon 6, Japan’s mountainous regions are where precision driving shines. Touge Battles—1v1 mountain pass races—are the heart of the game. Whether you’re drifting tight hairpins or hammering down open curves, knowing the best passes and hotspots gives you a major edge.

Core Touge Hotspots

Japanese Alps are the crown jewels for Touge racers, blending tight technical sections with sweeping elevation changes.

  • Mt. Haruna (Akina Style)
The iconic hotspot for drifters. Its Five Consecutive Hairpins are perfect for mastering weight transfer and Scandi-flick techniques. Ideal for technical 1v1 battles.
  • Hakone Turnpike
A high-speed playground with wide, sweeping corners and ocean views. Great for grip-focused cars and high-horsepower builds. It’s the “Nürburgring of Japan” in FH6 terms.
  • Gunma Route 33
Narrow, technical, and brutal. One wrong line can cost you seconds—or a spin. Best suited for drivers who know the road like the back of their hand.
  • Bandai-Azuma Skyline
Open, scenic, and volcanic. This hotspot is perfect for high-altitude cruising, photo ops, and testing car setups in long, fast sweeps.
  • The Snow Walls (Yuki no Otani)
Only in winter, this icy corridor tests your throttle control like nowhere else. Minimal traction makes it the ultimate seasonal challenge.

Urban & Social Hubs

Even city roads have their Touge charm.

  • Tokyo C1 Loop
Not a mountain pass, but this inner-city circular route is a fast, technical playground for highway battles under neon lights.
  • Daikoku PA (Meeting Point)
Just outside Tokyo, this rest area is the main social hub. Players gather here to show off liveries, tune cars, and find opponents for mountain runs.

Progression & Hot Tips

  • Fast Travel Boards
Spread across all mountain regions, there are 50 boards to smash. Activating them lets you teleport between passes quickly—essential for catching the right weather or online events.
  • Touge Events
Unlock about an hour into the Horizon Festival. Battles follow a Cat-and-Mouse format: leaders aim to widen the gap, while chasers try to overtake or stay close. Understanding each hotspot’s layout can be the difference between victory and defeat.
